If you have any questions that are not answered here then please feel free to contact me without obligation. I will endeavour to meet your needs as best as I can.

Payment

My website uses a secure connection (ssl). I accept paypal and credit/debit cards. Items will be shipped once the payment has been received in full. Custom orders will be invoiced via a secure online payment system. Please do not email me your credit cards details.

Shipping

Please note: items are handmade by Emily and are not mass produced. Most items are ready to ship and some are made to order. Ready to ship items are carefully packed and shipped within 3 days. Most made to order items, dispatch within 10 days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom orders will be given a custom time frame.

Items are shipped through the Royal Mail Postal Service. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard international orders can take between 10 and 28 business days* Upgrades are available on checkout. All delivery times are post office averages and not guarantees unless otherwise stated.

*Times do not include seasonal or customs delays.

International orders

Delays at customs in your country cannot be predicted or controlled and could affect the arrival date of your goods. I cannot be responsible for unexpected customs delays, please expect delays during busy seasonal holidays etc. Check my website for news on final shipping dates for holiday orders.

Please check your country’s import tax and duties for international shipment charges. As the importer you are responsible for any applicable customs duties and tax.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you find a fault with your jewellery please contact me for a full refund or a replacement.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery to begin the returns process. You are responsible for covering the postage cost of returning the goods to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us within 14 days of contacting us to start your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom pieces, made to order items and personalised orders are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of the work unless there is a fault.

In the event of a lost parcel I will make a full refund or replacement. Refunds or replacements will be made after the post office has confirmed that the parcel has been lost. I will be responsible for communication with the post office.

Rings: Please check carefully the ring size you order, rings are made to order pieces and refunds for incorrectly ordered sizes are not always available. I will re-size your ring and this may incur a fee, replace the ring in some cases or offer advice on how to re-size the ring at your local jewellers. If you are in doubt then please contact me first for advice.
